Todd Simpson
Todd is a highly regarded project manager. Some of his duties have included: overall supervision of projects, scheduling projects from start to finish, estimating costs for material and labour, managing procurement, and overseeing quality control.
With over 20 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Todd has many qualifications. Some of the highlights include:
- Engineering Design and Drafting Technologist C.E.T
- CWB welding supervisor
- Certified member of the National Board of Pressure Vessels.
Kimberly Simpson
Kimberly is our Business Development/Office Manager and Director of Indigenous Relations.
Kimberly has followed in her father’s footsteps providing exceptional services for our oil & gas clients. She has over six years of office management experience, dealing with HR, payroll, and logistics.
She is a self-starter with great enthusiasm and attention to detail who loves new challenges.

Logan started in the oil & gas industry as an apprentice welder. In 2007 he acquired his Red Seal Welder and B pressure certification. Logan has been performing QC work professionally for the past few years. Certified as a CWB Level 2 inspector, his qualifications, work ethic, and attention to detail make him a valuable member of the S7 team.
CHAD GORDON
Chad is an integral part of the S7 senior management team with over 12 years management experience. Born and raised in Central Alberta, at 17, Chad started his career as a welder. Obtaining his Journeyman and 'B' certification in 2006 where he contracted full-time until 2013, when a supervisor role was offered. There Chad was able to find his second passion within the oil and gas industry, being behind the scenes in a management position. Over the next two years his focus changed to Quality Control Management and HSE Management where he aided in building solid company foundations and relationships while continuing to aid in other managerial roles until 2024. S7 Projects obtained Chad in early 2024 as a project manager, where he continues to be a valued team member. His field and management experience has proven to be an asset to S7 and his committment has moved him into the senior management position he holds today. Chad will continue to be a valued member of the S7 team.
